Ⅱ. Effective methods to reduce vibrating screen noise:

  1. Use more rubber and plastic components ❶. Rubber springs produce very little noise when working. However, due to the existence of internal resistance, sufficient iron heat dissipation area must be considered during design. ❷. When using metal sieve plates or stainless steel slit sieve plates, they must be connected to the screen frame through buffer rubber or plastic pads to avoid noise due to the impact of metal parts. ❸.   4. When cleaning the ultrasonic vibrating screen, attention should also be paid to the location of the object to be cleaned and the depth of the cleaning fluid.
