What are Ultrasonic Screening Systems

The ultrasonic screening systems are a simple, practical, and reliable screening system, which is the most effective solution to the current problem of vibrating screen mesh blockage. It can be widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, chemical engineering, mineral processing, and food that require fine screening and filtration. The system offers high screening and filtering precision and effectively addresses difficult screening issues caused by aggregation, electrostatics, and strong adhesion blocking mesh, marking a significant technological breakthrough in the domestic screening industry.

Structure:

Ultrasonic Vibro Sifter Power Supply: 25-38KHz high-frequency, high-power ultrasonic power supply. It features a built-in microcomputer chip that automatically tracks the frequency throughout the process according to the different states of the material, eliminating the need for manual adjustment and making operation simple and convenient. The oscillator has low heat generation during long-term operation and maintains stable working conditions.

Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen
  • TRVV Connection Cable: The connection between the ultrasonic transducer and the ultrasonic vibration screen power supply is achieved through a cable.
  • Connector: Aviation connection plug-in.
  • Transducer: High-performance ultrasonic conversion device.
  • Ultrasonic Mesh Frame: This consists of an outer frame and a resonator.
  • Screen Mesh: Suitable for mesh sizes ranging from 10 mesh to 635 mesh.

Operating Principle

The ultrasonic screening systems consist of an ultrasonic vibration screen power supply, TRVV connection cable, transducer, and resonator. The high-frequency electricity generated by the ultrasonic vibro sifter power supply is converted by the transducer into high-frequency longitudinal oscillating waves with a sine waveform. These oscillating waves are transmitted to the resonator, causing it to resonate.

The resonator then evenly transmits the vibrations to the screen surface. The materials on the screen, while undergoing low-frequency three-dimensional vibrations, are superimposed with ultrasonic vibrations, preventing mesh blockage and improving screening output and precision.
