Project Background
GreenCycle Polymer Solutions Ltd. is a plastic recycling company located in Malaysia, mainly processing industrial plastic waste such as PP and PE and converting it into recycled plastic pellets.

However, during production, particle sizes were inconsistent and contained a certain amount of plastic flakes, which directly affected the qualification rate of finished products. Therefore, the customer wanted to add a screening process to remove plastic flakes and oversized materials while ensuring that most qualified products could pass through the screen smoothly.
