Japanese AGC Inspects and Accepts Vibrating Screening Equipment at Our Factory
On June 5, 2024, the Japanese listed company AGC sent professional representatives and engineers to our factory to inspect and accept the vibrating screening equipment. They carried ceramic raw materials, drawings, testing tools, etc., and conducted a comprehensive trial operation and acceptance of the electromagnetic feeder, vibrating feeder, linear vibrating screen, drum slag cooler and other equipment that will be put into use.

Accompanied by the company’s leaders and technical team, the visiting team first visited the factory production workshop, gained an in-depth understanding of the production process and strict quality control measures, observed every step of the production process at close range, and expressed appreciation for the professional level and rigorous style of Sanyuantang Machinery Factory.
Subsequently, the visiting team compared the purchased machine with the drawings, measured the dimensions in detail, ensured that the equipment met the agreed specifications and standards, and put forward some improvement suggestions in the process, aiming to better match the equipment with operational needs. Sanyuantang Machinery Factory attaches great importance to customer feedback and expressed its willingness to adopt these suggestions to continuously improve product quality and performance.
During the equipment acceptance stage, the team first conducted a comprehensive test of the linear vibrating screen to observe its operation and screening effect. Next, the customer inspected the drum slag cooler, focusing on its cooling effect and operating stability. The clinker cooler has excellent performance and has been fully recognized by customers. Finally, they tested the electromagnetic feeder and vibrating feeder, carefully observed the uniformity and stability of the equipment in processing ceramic materials, and highly praised the performance of the equipment.
