YZU vibrating motor

YZU series vibration source three-phase asynchronous motor (referred to as vibrating screen motor) YZU vibrating screen motor for the frame motor, stability is better than the ordinary vibrating screen motor, is a vibrating screen machine, feeder, sand falling machine, discharge machine and other types of vibration machinery universal excitation source. YZS vibrating screen motor is an excitation source that combines power and vibration source, and the rotor shaft is equipped with adjustable eccentric blocks at both ends, so that the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and eccentric blocks can be used to generate the excitation force. The lead is reserved about 1 metre in the factory, which is convenient for installation; it is painted by three times primer and four times surface paint, and each paint is dried in the dust-free constant temperature baking room, which is durable and long-lasting.

The motor is suitable for vibrating crusher, screening machine and other general vibration machinery, widely used in hydropower, thermal power, construction, building materials, chemical industry, mining and other fields, for all kinds of vibration equipment to provide reliable power.

YZO vibrating motor

YZO vibrating screen motor is the excitation source of power and vibration source, and the rotor shaft of horizontal model is equipped with adjustable eccentric blocks at both ends, which generates the excitation force by the centrifugal force of high-speed rotation. Its power covers a variety of models from 0.15-5.5KW, and its fully enclosed structure is suitable for dusty environments without explosion-proof requirements.

The motor can be used in vibrating crusher, screening machine, sand falling machine and other general vibration machinery, widely adapted to vibration moulding, piling, silo arching and other conditions, to provide reliable power support for industrial vibration equipment.

JZO vibrating motor

JZO vibrating motor is the excitation source that combines power and vibration source. Horizontal model rotor shaft is equipped with adjustable eccentric blocks at both ends, and the excitation force is generated by centrifugal force of high-speed rotation. The excitation force can be adjusted steplessly, both low energy consumption, low noise, long life advantages, the shell adopts the whole casting of vanishing mould, high strength and beautiful.

The motor is widely used in hydropower, thermal power, building materials, chemical industry and other industrial fields, in addition to fit the conventional vibration machinery, but also can be combined with a variety of vibration forms such as flat rotary, vortex, derived from a new type of vibration machinery.
