Antimony Trioxide (Sb₂O₃)
Material Overview
Antimony trioxide (Sb₂O₃) is an important antimony oxide with wide applications in multiple industrial fields. It has strong moisture absorption and is easy to agglomerate or adhere to the screen, which leads to screen blockage and increases the difficulty of screening.
Screening target
After mixing antimony trioxide with other powders, fine screening is performed to separate impurity particles larger than 100 mesh (such as 50 mesh-80 mesh).
Equipment selection
- Equipment: SY-1200 ultrasonic vibrating screen
- Screen mesh: 100 mesh
- Advantages: In view of the moisture absorption and easy pore blocking characteristics of antimony trioxide, the ultrasonic rotary vibrating screen generates high-frequency vibration through the built-in ultrasonic system, effectively clears the mesh blockage, and improves the screening efficiency and mesh penetration rate.
- Output: Meet the production needs of 0.7-1T/h and ensure the continuous and stable screening process.
Screening process
- Mixed material preparation: Mix antimony trioxide and other powders in proportion.
- Feeding: The mixed material is evenly fed into the ultrasonic rotary vibrating screen through the feeding device.
- Screening operation: Start the ultrasonic rotary vibrating screen, and the material is screened by high-frequency vibration on the screen. Impurities larger than 100 mesh are trapped above the screen, and qualified materials fall into the collection device through the screen.
- Net cleaning and maintenance: The ultrasonic system automatically cleans the screen, reduces manual intervention, and ensures screening efficiency. Check the screen wear regularly and replace it in time.
- Packaging: The qualified materials after screening are directly fed into the packaging machine through the conveying equipment for automatic packaging.
Precautions
- Moisture-proof measures: The material should be properly dried before screening to reduce its moisture absorption. Remove moisture from the material by heating or ventilation to reduce agglomeration and adhesion.
- Safe operation: Operators must wear protective equipment and comply with equipment operating procedures to ensure safe production.
Equipment maintenance: Regularly maintain the ultrasonic rotary vibrating screen, check the operating conditions of the motor, ultrasonic generator, screen and other components to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
