Lime Production Line Equipment For Malaysia
The LHOIST Group, originating from Malaysia, is a time-honored family business and holds a leading position in the global lime industry. The group was founded in Belgium in 1889, where its headquarters are still located. Today, LHOIST’s business spans across 25 countries, with a workforce of over 6,650 employees from more than 70 different nationalities. Its operational network covers 135 locations, and its products are sold in more than 80 countries across Europe, North America, Latin America, and the Asia-Pacific region. Recently, their company ordered a whole set of lime production line equipment from us for improving production efficiency.
In November 2024, the LHOIST Group placed an order with us for a complete set of lime production line equipment, which included a silo, a vibrating feeder, a bucket elevator, a linear vibrating screen, a chute, and a metal tank. They also entrusted us with the design work of the on-site production platform.
During the execution of the order, we encountered numerous technical challenges. Due to the large size of the silo, it could not be directly loaded into a shipping container for transportation. Therefore, our technical team, through in-depth discussions and repeated trials, innovatively designed the silo into a detachable structure. This design not only solved the transportation problem but also greatly facilitated the Lime Production Line Equipment on-site installation work for the customer.
Although the production of the chute and the metal tank was not the first time for us, the difficulty of this order lay in ensuring that the design was both reasonable and operable. The technical team maintained close communication with the customer, conducted in-depth discussions and analyses of every detail, and finally successfully overcame the difficulties and delivered products that left the customer with no room for complaint.
Regarding the design of the on-site production platform, the customer put forward extremely high requirements. To meet the customer’s needs, the technicians extensively consulted and referred to a large number of domestic and foreign materials, absorbed advanced experience, and after several rounds of modification and optimization, finally designed a solution that the customer was highly satisfied with.

Although the value of this Lime Production Line Equipment order was not outstanding, for us, it was undoubtedly a new challenge. Throughout the implementation of the project, the sales staff and the technical team worked closely together, overcame difficulties, and finally successfully provided the customer with high-quality products and services. This order not only deepened our cooperative relationship with the LHOIST Group but also accumulated valuable experience for our future market development and established a highly valuable successful case for reference.
