Working Principle
The swing probability vibrating screen works like a square gyratory screen, using the probability screening principle with multi-layer screens (3-6 layers), a large inclination angle (30°-60°), and large mesh sizes.
The swing probability vibrating screen operates by shaking the screen box back and forth, causing material to move in a gyratory motion. Smaller particles fall through the screen holes to the lower layer, while larger particles are discharged, completing the screening.
Structures
- Screen box: The main part of the swing probability vibrating screen, with built-in vibrator and screen, to achieve material screening through vibration.
- Vibrator: The power source, usually installed inside or near the screen box. Drive the screen box to swing, driving the screen to screen the material.
- Screen: Located inside the screen box, screens the material according to the particle size. The mesh size of the screen (i.e. the size of the screen hole) can be selected according to different screening requirements.
- Support spring: Located between the screen box and the base, it is used to support the screen box and reduce vibration transmission and noise.
