Uneven particle size distribution: There are significant differences in the particle size and shape of the particles in the powder, which has a direct impact on the screening accuracy and efficiency. Therefore, the screen specifications need to be accurately selected to optimize the screening effect.
Insufficient fluidity: The poor fluidity of almond powder limits its uniform distribution and rapid passing ability on the screen, thereby affecting the overall screening efficiency. To address this problem, it is necessary to consider the use of advanced screening equipment and technology, such as ultrasonic assisted screening systems, and equipped with efficient screen cleaning devices to overcome the limitations of a single screen cleaning method, and achieve continuous unblocking of the screen and maximize screening efficiency.

Solution

In order to effectively solve the problems of stickiness, uneven particle size and poor fluidity encountered by almond nut powder during screening, we carefully customized an “ultrasonic vibrating screen with scraper ” for customers.

The equipment integrates ultrasonic technology and a scraper screen cleaning system, and has the following advantages:

Ultrasonic vibration enhanced screening: Using high-frequency ultrasonic vibration (usually 38KHz or higher) to generate tiny vibration waves on the screen, the material particles are suspended in a low-altitude state on the screen, effectively reducing the direct contact between the material and the screen, thereby significantly reducing adhesion and preventing the screen from being blocked. At the same time, ultrasonic vibration can also promote the dispersion and rearrangement of material particles, improve screening accuracy and pass rate.
Scraper screen cleaning system: The equipment is equipped with an efficient scraper screen cleaning device, which runs continuously during the screening process to promptly remove material particles adhering to the screen and ensure continuous unblocking of the screen. The scraper design is optimized to fit snugly on the surface of the screen, effectively clearing the blockage in the screen holes while avoiding damage to the screen.
Intelligent adjustment and optimization: The ultrasonic scraper vibrating screen is also equipped with an intelligent control system that can automatically adjust the ultrasonic vibration frequency and amplitude, as well as the speed and strength of the scraper cleaning according to the material characteristics and screening requirements, to optimize the screening process.
